My guess, nute burn.

A few days of plain water and then a lighter feeding regime should fix.

But get a second opinion first.

The damage from nute burn causes a slowing/stoppage of growth for the period that the plant is stressed. After a few days normal growth continues.

So long term damage is that your plant will be that much smaller. Catch and cure it quickly and it doesn't really affect yield.

I agree with everyone here,I can gurantee he is burning his plants too, the greenage on the plant is nor normal, looks like you slammed them with a ton of nitrogen......

Looks like you did not switch over to bloom ferts or something, if they been in flowering that long they should have a lot bigger buds on them. You used too much nitrogen.

What nutrients are you using now and how much and how often?
What soil mixture is your plants in?
What pH is the run off?

They should have started to flower. My guess is that the plant was stressed so much with nutrient (and possibly Ph) issues that it has retarded it's growth and prevented it from flowering.

Are those nutes you're using canna specific? Because you'll make your life much easier if you switch to a reliable brand of nutrients and just use them as advised. The plants need very little in the way of feeding, but you have to start on a low dose and work up slowly to find the level your plant is happy with. Right now you're plants aren't happy.

There are definitely no light leaks which could have prevented flowering?

Ya N46 thats wayyyyy to damn high, that proves my point about the nitrogen toxcity.
Flush out your plant with a lot of water, I would use around 5 gallons of water on her dude.

She is not flowering, because she has a excess of nitrogen and you continued to feed her. She has so much stored in the system, that when she did try to flower, she could not, because nitrogen inhibits flowering, meaning it will not allow the plant to flower if it has too much,if it has a little bit too much it slows flowring down. How much of that nutrients were you using with how much water?
every 4 days was too often depending on how much you used, either way your plant is NOT flowering due to the high levels of nitrogen you have been giving her.
