How long has this problem been going on?

Are you growing in a PVC grow tent? (example: Hydrohut or any other non brand tents) Darkroom
What system are you running? (DWC? Ebb flow? Aero? Water Farm? Flood Tables? and so on...)

What STRAIN are you growing?
armed widow, purple kush, bubba kush, silver haze
What was the establishing technique? (Were the seed or clone?)

What is the age of your plants?
2-3 weeks
How long have they been in there mixture they are in now?(coco,soiless etc..)

300 ppm of floranova grow, .5 ml/gal of root execularator, 5-10ml/gal aqua shield, ph of 6.1 (just bumped it down to 5.6) <- this is for mom bucket
600-800 ppm of floranova grow, .5 ml/gal of root execularator, 10m/gal aqua shield, ph of 6.5 (just bumped it back down to 6.1, going to get it down to 5.9) <- this is for the flower room that I am vegging in. I have done 3 water changes in this since the problem started.

How often are you giving nutrients? (If using soiless)

6.1 in mom tent, now down to 5.5
6.5 in flower room, now down to 6.1 (going to bump down to 5.8-5.9)
Are you sure your calibration is correct on your equiptment?
yes, just tested

normally 68, recently saw them up to 76 and turned off 2kw to cool the room down

runs 24/7 to pull the hot air from bulbs, but air is not pulled from room. once I flip, the exhaust will go along with the light cycle

After chatting with a friend from here about it, I decided to completely drain the reservoirs and buckets. I filled up with Tap water and added about 300-400 ppm worth of floranova grow. Then I added 2.5 ml/gallon of the aqua shield (just enough to fight off root rot if it crops up). Ph set to 5.9 for all the reservoirs.
Hoping that things will bounce back and continue growing so that I can snag clones.
Any other advice would be appreciated.

After talking with a friend on here and saw some issues with drainage on the RDWC setup, I decided to eliminate many variables, and decided to do individual DWC and put them under some fluros.
Now all I have is 300 ppm of the floranova grow in these, and PH of 5.9-6.1. I am doing top drip feed for all of the plants.
