Sick plants- 1st coco grow w GO Box

I have some sick plants.
I am using a 600w mh at 50%.
50/50 coco/perlite combo (ph seems to be at 7.3)
General Organics GO Box nutrients according to schedule (feed-water-feed-water) on week 2 nutrients
Dechlorinating tap water with aquarium stones (starts at 7.3 ends at 8.6 before adjusting)
Ph only water to 6.5 w Apple cider vinegar
Underheating plants w mats set at 78degrees

General Hydroonics suggested a feed feed feed water schedule and to stop ph adjusting my tap water as well as to stop using my aquarium bubbler. The guy kinda sounded a bit stoned though.

I am lost and don't want to waste the 80 bucks I spent on these babies.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

-what coco are you using (did you do anything to the coco prior?)?
-tell us the EC or PPM of your water before adding anything
-tell us the EC or PPM of your water after adding nutes
-adjust your ph down to 6
-how often are you watering?
-calibrated your meter recently?
-you got any pics in more natural light so we can gauge the color and details on them?

im not sure why they said to stop adjusting the ph, the plants gotta eat, they should have access to the nutes. they look kinda hungry to me

is that nute coco specific? i know there is guys doing their custom stuff but, at least for me, to learn something new its good to start slow and as painlessly as possible. so a good coco specific nute might be easiest. not saying yours isnt (i didnt look it up), and not saying its needed as its obvious by the guys on the forums, but at least you know they attemped to make the nute work in unison with cocos personal qualities.

im doing my first coco run and am holding pretty steady but i have over watered a bit. my soil plants in the past acted a bit different then the ones i have now in coco. i may have some issues coming up shortly here though, maybe pest related or another issue but we'll see how it develops. the info above should give the more experienced guys better info to offer suggestions with.

Coco is Beats Peet available on Amazon. I used straight dechlorinated tap water to hydrate it but I did not ph the water beforehand.
I need to order a new ppm meter so I don't have current but the local tap water is relatively low.
General Organics states that you don't need to ph solution or water because the organics buffer the medium and blah blah blah. The nutes are supposed to be good for coco, peat or soil but not hydro or dwc.
I water using the lift the pot and stick your finger in methods.

I was worried that I may have nutrient lockout from not ph adjusting the water I used to hydrate the coco with. The ph of the medium is the same as my tap water.

I wanted to do a flush with 2 gallons of 5.8 water but GH said to feed feed feed.
I will get some photos in regular light in the morning.
Thanks for the help George!

Here are some pics under a small cfl.
They are light green with red stem and some twisted growth.
I would say nutrient deficiency but why?
Not enough nutes, nutrient lockout, soil ph, etc?

I've used GO Box with decent success but only in a soil medium.(Fox F OF) Didn't PH until the last few feeds as I noticed a little leaf curl.
