Sick plant?

Hi, i've got some discoloration on a set of leaves on one of my plants, is there a problem? Should I just remove the offending leaf?

Thanks for any help.:tiphat:

Looks to me like its a magnesium deficiency or some trace mineral.
What are you growing in? soil? coco?
Also what ph are you watering/feeding at?
If its soil are you feeding at all? Did you use lime?

1.6 ec is pretty high for the size of plant I'm seeing.
I would cut it in half and see it the plant doesn't yellow up a bit. I believe it won't.

Anyhow, I suspect its a cal-mag deficiency or a phosphorous toxicity. They both show the same effect.

If your coco is around pH 9 it might be the issue as well.

If you're not using RO water its not Cal Mag deficiency. I agree with lowering the EC but that depends on what EC your starting water is.

Just give them a real good flush with PH'd water, then resume at half nutes.

With Coco I always check my run off water with the EC meter as salts build up quick if you don't water with about 25-30% run off each time.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replys. My starting EC is 0.8. I run off to 20%. I dont think i'm overwatering as I only water once a day as if I leave it any longer they dry out too much.
