Should I transplant or not?

My plant were in 6inch pot and I transplanted in 10inch pot maybe 4 week ago...usually after 1-2week I switch to 12/12, but I need 2 more week before I can put the girls in the flower room...

Im not a newbie but ive ran into a problem 3 run ago and the same thing happened...the yield was very low and I suspect they were rootbound...or it was the strain(I was running 24 plant from the same untested mother). Now im running 24 plant... each from different seed...

I know a very well fed plant can last a very long time in the same pot....but im worried about wasting my run...

here's some picture of my plant...
just pruned/trimmed...about 7week from rooted clone

Is there a reason you use such small containers?

Think of yourself in this situation...instead of 3 seats in the economy section of the airplane, there are 4 seats crammed where once was 3. Can you breathe any better?

Try using 5 gallon or 3 gallon nursery buckets....roots can spread out and breathe....and a better yield!!

Yep, I'd transplant!

I’d recommend inducing flowering at the same time you transplant into the 3 gallon equivalent container you’re using. Not waiting 1 to 2 weeks. (as you say is your normal practice).

In your current situation I would not transplant at this point. Do so at 12/12 and into 5 gallon containers. From your pictures it looks as though your plants are healthy. I imagine you could get another two weeks out of the containers. Watch them closely for signs though.

But you surely wouldn’t want to flower in those containers. So as airbud said, transplant.

Good luck!
