Hi All,
I think I should cut some clones and scap my grow. I am hoping to get some input and advice. Maybe some one out there that knows more about this stuff than i do (prolly most of you) can let me know if there's an easy way outa this mess, or if I should just start over.
I'm using a 20gal rubbermaid container for soil, and the mix is bog's simple recipe with promix as the base. So it's 2cups blood and bone meal and 1-2tbs of lime per gallon of promix.
I first noticed some discoloration of the new growth a couple weeks ago when there temperature outside started to drop where I live. The plants where subjected to temps in the low 60s for a few days. Not knowing if the discoloration was from the low temps or a nutrient defficiency, I waited until I got the temps back above 70 before taking any action.
Once the temps were back up I gave them a heavy watering with plain water, and the ph of the runoff measured at 6.8.
So here I am now. FYI, I experimented with the FIM technique this time so some of the fan leaves near the tops of the plants may look a little deformed.
This one (2nd pic) looks like it has too much nitrogen, can some one verify this?
The symptoms seem pretty diverse to me. I'm seeing stuff that to me looks like it could magnesium, calcium, and zinc defficiencies. Maybe this mix is too hot? I'm starting to second guess myself now and my head is starting to spin!
Damn i sure could use some help
