got my hydrofarms the other day but instead of the 24 inch model they sent me the 19 inch.. you gotta figure that 5 inches could only affect the plant in a positve way... I hate online orders , somehow something will not be what you ordered...

Send it back for a full refund if you ordered and paid for a 24". The error is the seller/shipper responsibility, they pay the shipping both ways, if its their screw up and not yours. There are better systems than cool tubes, much better. Study up a bit before you spend the coins.

If the seller gives you a load, let the IC Forums know about it, the word does get around doesn't it?

I say if you can survive with the 19" and don't mind them, get a refund for the price difference and that's that. Otherwise, return and re-buy.

Probably better that I don't give a **** in the first place and just keep quiet. But your post Wanta just struck me as being the same as someone who asks their dealer where they get their shit...lol
