Should i just cut them?

What s the longest you've ever had Northern Lights flower for? Or any normally 8 week train flower for?
The reason i ask is cos i have another NL plant that is 12weeks in flower and still looks about a week or two away from being done and has looked that way for about two weeks?
Is it possible the maturing of the plant is stunted?

I flushed it about 3-4 weeks ago when was flushing the other plant cos it looked ready but when i realised that it wasn't maturing at the same rate as the other one i started giving it very light doses of nutes. Its lost most of its leaves because of the flush and all the others are yellowed.

Will this plant mature anymore or should i just chop it?

you already have been patient enough, wait it out. it would be a shame to chop it early when you are so close. i never heard of nl going that long, maybe it is not nl?
are you checking the trichs with a scope?

No its definitely NL, got the seeds from a reputable seed bank and it looks the same as my other NL which i chopped at ten weeks(i chopped that early cos i wanted the head high) Ya i'm checking the trichs every day, not much of a change. I'll just keep a close eye on them i spose.
What are the odds that they won't mature any more cos there are not enough leaves to soak light? Thats why i wonder shuld i chop!

Are the leaves fan yellow at all? I would let it leach itself for atleast a week.

I've never grown NL but understand it to be pure indica,a 50-60 day plant at most.Is that wrong?

Ya generally thats what they say. I'm hoping that next week with a bit of TLC it will be up for the chop. I have been neglecting it latelysince i cut down the first one so maybe it needs a bit of love. We'll see!!!

I have 3 NL plants all from the same breeder but each has its own characteristics. One is usually ready at 8 weeks, another at 9-10 weeks and the other sometimes at 7... They have different grow characteristics also.. some are shorter and bushier and some stretch alot more in flower. I would maybe give it another week then cut... Do you have clones? If so, you can go longer next grow.

Hey man, how's it goin? I've been following your grow since you and I planted about the same time. Mine was bag seed and I chopped about a month ago.
Don't know what to tell ya about the slow one. Mine did about the same thing though. Just hit a palteau and wasn't going anywhere else. Leaves dropping, trichs not changing at all. I said screw it and chopped that sucker! Still some damn good smoke.
And the best thing is, I get to tell the man "GO Fuck Yourself, I ain't buying your over priced, shitty Mexican brick weed!"
Peace Out and enjoy your smoke.
