Should I hit my L.C.S. auto with photoperiod pollen?

I've done lots & lots of reading on this- have some fresh beautiful pollen & the longer finishing auto is also going to be heaviest yielded- I figure id pollinate her to keep the genetics around, since this is first time I've ran autos & actually the results are surprisingly good, one is a week from cut & is beautiful & so far looks hold up to most my photoperiod strains. It is HSO Lost Coast Skunk.

Now to my question;
Should I pollinate her or is stabilizing the auto gene require lots of space to grow out like 50 per run? Also I read that auto is a recessive trait? So I mean, after 4 generations of back crossing I figure I should have a stable aa seed ? (aa representing Double recessive auto traits)

I'm pretty baked. Maybe this is very jumbled but i hope someone with auto breeding experience can chime in :thank you:

Edit: the lots of reading I referred to in the first sentence was about breeding photoperiods with auto, & how it is semi difficult to stabilize the auto gene. Just wanted others knowledge on it all.
