so i looked at my roots the other day and everything looks great but then i notice a lil browing at the tips of my roots. i know sometimes that's a sign of pythium and now i'm freaking out. i'm doing dwc in a 4x8 tray with close to 40 GDP. got 4 dual diaphragm air pumps so about 80l/min. using 2 1k mh bulbs. i'm feeding it supernatural gro aqua for my base nutes and for beneficals i'm using AN voodoo juice, pirahnna, and root excelurator from house and gardens (that's the brown stain on my roots, not root rot) my room temp is 84f, humidity 60-65%, co2 1200-1400ppm, and my water temp starts from 71f then by mid day it's 79f. i know that's freaking warm so i actually took down one of my lights today. i was only using one 1k mh and my room temp was staying around 74-75f and my water temp stayed steady at 71-72f. then my buddy told me the GDP loves the room temp around 84f. so to get it up to 84f i just added another light. well since i did that my water temp keeps climbing to about 78-79f. so are these yellow or browing on the tips somewhat normal? also in one of the pictures the leaves looked burnt what could that be. thanks and hopefully i gave enough info.

Your roots are beautiful.....almost too white to be true so it's surprising the rest of the plant doesn't look that hot. Unfortunately, while I see no problems with the roots in your photos; I'm not sure I can say the same about the rest of the plant which looks fairly unhappy. Having never used C02 I can't really say what the problem is based on info given but I bet someone here knows and can help you. Sorry I can't be more help.

Great root product you are using. Your roots are gorgeous. Yes, it's me again and still no real help, just saying you are using good stuff imo. You might consider adding a zyme product to assist with naturally dieing off roots later but I seriously doubt that is your problem now.

thanks weedhound! yea bro the roots are so crazy. i really recommend voodoo juice and root excelurator to anyone that wants massive roots. the shit is outta control lol!! but yea i hope the yellow brownish on the tips aren't a big deal cuz they're looking beautiful right now. i'll keep you updated on some pics if you want. thanks again! hopefully someone else got more answers for me. .
