Apparently other grow buddies are experiencing 'flying ants' outside where i am great (within 10km of Lake Ontario)
They are a bit crudely old fashioned lol.. "flying ants, just use neem".... lol thanks guys...
Noticed them yesterday... Seeing the borax suggestion, mosquito dunk, cinnamon/diotamatious suggestio, vinager spray.
Some of the ones with wings i flicked off foliage then i looked down and saw this variety crawling on my bag and soil surface.
FYI
I harveted 3 plants on the weekend anticipating frost.. Cut the branches off, left bag/rootball where its been all season. Drying out! Could this be part of insect biology/migration from one growing source to another?
Respectfully thankful for rhis beautiful community.
Wishing you all good health and happiness always
