Hello dude,
Apply LST and never worry about height
Go for the strain with the most robust flowering, and whatever you feel you will enjoy growing.
Personally, I think you should stick to Joint Doctor or MDanzig. If you check around the AF forum you will see a lot of people giving out the same suggestion These guys have been working with AFs for ages.
Bluestreak and Sour60 from mdanzig are both great.
A lot of new auto seedbanks out there are just juggling around strains and pollen chucking.
I don't want to offend anyone directly, but lets just say if u take a look at the other auto strains out there on the market, you will see that from their origins they are either inbreeds of current AFs on the markets, or a cross of two (or more), etc.
Needless to say, both JD and mdanzig have been ripped off by tons of ppl that run their seeds and sell them under a new name, with a cheaper price and exaggerated claims of yield etc.

ps2: Bluestreak might work great for you with no LST at all, but that depends on phenotype. LST everything, you will control height AND maximise yield.
