less time than I thought BGB.. turns out my "minor disaster" has let me in on something, theyre gonna be ready about a week sooner than I first thought... I'm now aiming for 9 weeks for the majority of them...7.5 week test/disaster bud has knocked me sideways
Updates coming thick and fast now, I think you'll agree they look better and better every time ...
Here we are at 8 week and I've started them on the Ripen for a few days now and will continue for a few more yet... not long now though and I'll be switching to straight water to get them to fade ...
No need for any more words.. these pics say everything I can't ...
your right J them pics speak volumes, #3 pic i'm loving those foxtails then #1&2 how chunky do them look with a canny big frost going on to boot.... a little extra push would surely be the difference of a couple of ounces or maybe more with how they have come on the last 3 weeks...
looking really awesome anyhow Bro,
has that cheese stench caused you any worries yet?,
So, here we are after 9 weeks of flowering and at this time about 95% of the resin in the room is cloudy, as such flushing is in full effect with the girls only receive straight water until the end. I'm essentially just waiting for them so signs of fading and that'll be about that...
Smells are the same as they have been over the past weeks with a more Chemmy smell overall. Everything is greasy and frosty as fk, even the lower branches (see pic) so should be a really bumper harvest...
Cheers fellers... yeah Phe... chomping at the bit now mate... the resin coverage under the scope is insane.. not sure if I ever even saw that heavy a trichome coverage before.. even the Amnesia isn't as densely covered... and that, my friend, is saying something.
My best guess is that they'll start coming down monday-tuesday with the last ones getting done next weekend (with a bit of luck )
One cant beat the feeling of intense euphoria come chop time, (such a build up)
For me its the waiting, worry, and paranoia. "though i cant seem to get enough of the latter lol"
Day 67 and the first of them is down... Pictures didnt come out as nicely as I'd hoped but she is well faded and showing her autumn colours...She also has a kind of blue/purple tinge as well... Looks to be a heavy yield compared with what I see on average and the buds themselves are dense and hard... time will tell.. she's now hanging to dry for the next week or so....in honour of this day, if shes a keeper, I'll call her the St David Cut
Thanks man, I'm chuffed how they've turned out.. proper fatties
Will have to see what the yield looks like in a week or so, but because this is a seed run I'll give the results per (11liter) pot (and then multiply by nine to see what actual yield on 1 pheno as cuttings would be in 1m2 under 600w) ... but as I say, based on what I normally see coming from one pot, these look to be on the heavier side
