A long flowering plant like Haze or even landrace Sativa can be sped up by just lowering the lights early and even ending it on only eight hours light and the rest dark, and starting on 12/12 from seed but not kept on it for too long, instead of flowering for 13 weeks it could be 8-9 weeks or less, the yeild will be alot less, the potency and trippiness the same, people who use 16 hours light for veg and then go 12/12 for flip with an eventually ending on 11/13 usually spend 15 weeks of flowering and two months veg when they could spend almost half as less for flowering and way less for veg,so instead of waiting 6-7 months from seed to harvest you can make it at just 3 and a half months the entire way....I'd love a high yielding and quick pure haze if it retained its high.
It's a shame that most cannabis isn't up to the quality of a good haze or even a good haze hybrid.
When i was younger in my 20s i wanted a mong smoke, now i'm in my 50s all i want is sativa.
but the thin leaves are really what shows it as having a sativa buzz for the most part. Apart from the odd outlier.
What high are you picking? High Overlord, Clean the house, chatterbox, loverlover, spacetravel, meditation? It's all in the haze.

sativas run slightly quicker from clone and contained in smaller pots indoors and outdoors . plants tend to want to flower once they have hit sexual maturity , some reach this sooner than others, and some equatorial sativas are semi automatic on 12 12 , and can be vegged on lower numbers for sure .
Is there even an easier way to Grow Haze.? I know some methods are easier than others, . It may be simple but not easy.

Definitely!
Small pots and run a cut if you want to speed things up/rush them. Not only that, if you see potential in any plant, running a cut is a must before final decisions are made.
One of those Congo's was over six foot in a tiny nursery pot and still wouldn't show sex, that has gone in the "impractical to grow box" and been topped to a foot and left outside to fend for itself...

sativa sog from clone , 12 12 from clone . 9 per metre would actually be plenty too .
obviously has to be from clone for this to work with even perfect sog canopy . the reason being the mother plant being sexually mature to flower readily
