We have „Bratwurst im Brötchen“.
That‘s sausage in a bun, typicaly served with mustard and nothing else. But the bun is crispy, when fresh. Unfortunately without Kraut.

In Vienna its „a eitrige“ „käsekreiner“ a sausage with cheese. And if you ask for a „Brötchen“ they will ask you which bread you want hahahaha

i'm going to order something similar. not had cheese with sausage often or recently . it is a good combination with a fried egg .

austria inspired today for breakfast . i have ordered a sandwich consisting of 2 x sausage , 2 x bacon , 1 x fried egg runny, small amount of crispy fried onions , with melted cheddar cheese , on a wholemeal bun .

munchies are kicking in now, so it should be heart welcoming and attack inducing scrumptious delight
