Shipping From Amsterdam To the U.S.

Hi,
Plan on going to Amsterdam this November, just wondering if any of you have gone and shipped anything back from Amsterdam safely? I'd like to acquire some more genetics(seeds) for my collection and would love to ship some back from there when I'm over there. Any of you do this successfully, and what would be the best way to do it? If it's too risky I just won't do it, but I'd love to pick up some goodies while I'm over there.
Thanks

From my experience I would only take something illegal such as cannabis back on a ferry. How are you travelling? It can easily be disguised in something such as a shampoo bottle.

Simply take the top off, pour half the solution out. Double or even triple bag the items you plan to bring back so they are well protected from the remaining solution. Keep it on you and hopefully everything goes to plan until you get home cut open the rewards.

Another way if travelling by airline mainly because of customs is to post the item to yourself from amsterdam. There is no legal proof of sender so even if anyone does happen to find it theres no prosecution for it. Obviously only do this if it's viable you don't want to get home to find your mum with a quarter you posted home!

I'll be flying, and yea I'm asking basically what's the best way to ship it via postal mail from Amsterdam. I don't want to risk bringing anything on the plane.

In Amsterdam you'll find these flat, plastic seedboxes (really small, for 10-12 seeds) that can take some beating. Put one with a pack of seeds in a normal envelope, between a sturdy, folded greeting card, and send it low cost. Thousands and thousands of these tourist cards pass under custom's noses every day, the bulk is your best protection.

If you've got several pack of seeds, send one at a time to different addresses.

lol

Wouldn't work for me - that's where I keep my keys, wallet, change and gerbil.

The gerbil likes to play with the keys.

Cant you just put them in your pocket or your underwear or your toilet bag or sew them in your clothes.
I never went to the US but it cant be so hard to smuggle some tiny seeds.

When youre not only in holland send it from somewhere else, maybe that makes a difference.
I dont know.

bringing anything to the airport would be retarded, no matter how small it is. besides, dogs can still smell seeds

Dogs can only be used for a short period of time.
When they use them too long the dogs dont want to play anymore because for them its just a game.
Its not like there are dogs standing at the airport all day waiting for somebody to smuggle some dope.

Second when they search you they maybe still dont find the 10 seeds and they have to let you go.

But of course nothing is really safe.
