Shes not sick, shes twisted...

My seedling is growing to be a young lady and shes about 3 weeks old. Started from seed in rockwool. Now shes in a flood and drain about 5 feet under a 1000 watter. Shes on GH nutes.

I dont think any of this matters though cause she looks great. Shes getting bushy, leaves are growing but maybe not getting tall as quick as I thought she would. The problem is she never came straight out of the rockwool. the main stem does this twisty loopy thing at the base of the rockwool. I am worried as the stem gets thicker, it will close the loop and stunt growth. Its not a knot so it is possible for all sides of the stem to grow outward and continue growth.

Sorry I ll take a pic tomorrow but I just wanted to get this out there

Seems like it may have had issues growing through the rockwool cubes.....

Also since she is that small plants that size grow better in blue spectrum in vegging.
that hps will work but they will grow smaller rate; compact fluros will work very well or a MH lamp.....

Do not do anything to that one, you'll end up doing more damage. Let her work it out. All that will happen is it will fatten out and stay curled. It will straiten itself a bit but will keep the loop. It won't close off and choke itself, it just doesn't work that way. You'll have a cool looking stem when all is said and done, though. I seriously doubt you will see any negative affects from this beside the few days lost while it was struggling out that cube.

She is under a MH. I think its a cool bulb versus a warm bulb. The guy at the hydro store said it would be better for propogation since shes destined to be a mom.
