After reading an interesting review of this strain I was intrigued and wanted to give it a try. I saw on the Dutch Passion site that it was a primarily outdoor/greenhouse strain. The site also had a report where a guy finished it up indoors for the final four weeks of flower. So I thought I'd give it a go indoors.
I got one fem. seed and am growing it out now. It's on day 37 of flower and is looking pretty ripe but not a lot of resin. Anyway I got eager and decided to take a small bud to see what I had if anything. The buds are looking pretty ripe so I thought it might just give me a buzz even though it's pretty early.
I definitely got a good buzz and I really enjoy the high. Now I want to get a pack and grow some more.
Here's the rub. I've had a lot of problems with this strain. I had the fan leaves dry up, get brown and crunchy. I flushed the shit out it because it looked to be over-fertilized to me. I had it in organic soil and I used about 5 tablespoons of organic fertilzer in a three gallon pot. It probably would have been fine with no fertilizer; at least I'm guessing that is the problem. Maybe the 1,000 wat hps was too much for it, maybe it likes low light. Not sure what caused the problems but my guess is too much fertilizer.
Has anyone grown this indoors? Did you find it sensitive to fertilizers, is it a light feeder? Any help would be much appreciated.
