Shalom,
I am writing in English because my Hebrew is not very good , but you can answer in Hebrew
I decided to start my first grow a month ago after a lot reading and learning
Pure Kush seed from original SSC.
custom build grow box from following closet
Light 150 watt MH for veg and 150 watt HPS for flower.
cool tube.
Growing in coco in 6 liter smart pot using netafim drippers 2l/h
Hesi coco kit

I am using RO water so I am adding currently 0.25ml of Canna mono calcium and magnesium to 1 liter of water
currently feeding 3 times in light cycle 2.5ml of TNT per liter and supervit
PH my water to 5,6 and it goes up to 6,2 in 24 hours so plant is receiving all needed nutrients in this range i hope.
I want to veg till end of February, and then flower before the temperatures go very high in our country .

Also doing some LST

What are the dimensions of your grow cabinet?
What's the size of your reservoir? The pH rise is pretty rapid..

I went for SCROG on my first inside grow, was not disappointed at all. ~150 g from 250 Watts. It's an easy method of training, IMO easier than LST. Both methods will satisfy your needs.

it is not very big.
I am occasional smoker so I hope will harvest enough till next winter

I also have 150 and 300 watt leds, thinking to add one of them when I switch to flower. I have 3 liter reservoir I am filing once in two days and PH my water each day, I don't know why PH is jumping so fast, while I am using air stone it jumps from 5,7 to 7 in 24 hours.

My RO water is 80 ppm cause I it pass mineralization process, after adding cal and mg it goes up 250-300.

Your lamp is more than enough for that cabinet. It's a pretty small cabinet to be honest, but I guess you're constricted in space. Personally, what I harvest never suffices I doubt it will be enough till next winter, but since I don't know you and your smoking habits, I won't argue.
The master fonzee will soon come and tell you that 3 irrigations per day are too much. You need one or two at most, depending on the moistness of the coco.
How did you get a pump into such a small res anyway? What EC does the solution have after adding all the nutes?
Personally, I would switch to hand watering on that scale of grow.. Unless you aren't home much.

I am running light 20/4 so each cycle after 3 waterings i have something like 10-15% runoff, each watering is something like 250ml.

I have a plenty of space inside my house, BUT I have 3 small kids running all over the house so should keep it kinda small and stealth, I was thinking to grow in PC case in the beginning , but it was to small

I think 10 cm will do. Monitor the plants, and beware of them quick stretching branches.
You're pretty much limited in height anyway. Do you have a fan circulating air inside the cab?

Runoff isn't the only variable to consider. In DTW systems the coco should dry a bit between waterings.

so may be it's really good idea to water once a day till runoff after lights are turned on.

I have this one TD-160 S&P SILENT currently running on lower speed sucking air out through cool tube and regular 150 m3/hour venta sucking air in. but currently i turned venta off because of low temperatures outside, so I have passive intake meanwhile , and 1 usb fun blowing on the plant. when light are on temperatures are between 21 and 23 celcius.

Also from what i understand coco should stay always moist to avoid salt buildup and even if it is very well watered it holds 30% of oxygen is it "nahon" ?

Coco should always stay moist, but there are different levels of moisture. It should not be soaked all the time.. I don't know what 30% oxygen means. I have a 80 liter res with an air pump adjacent to the pump. I believe my solution is well oxygenated.
From my humble experience, intake ventas are unnecessary. These intake fans seem good enough, you can feel the air pulling through the intake opening.
What's the temp with lights off?

Regular israel outside day temps 18-20 currently. It was really cold in past 2 weeks so i kept my lights 24/0 in order to keep normal temperatures inside.
Originally i wanted to try auto seeds i ordered them from original SSC without tracking number 2 month ago, but they didn't arrived. I don't know if they really send them or customs took them. So i used pure kush femized seed that I ordered 6 month ago but with tracking option .

I ain't gonna lecture you on safety issues.. Temps are a little low, IMO they are bearable. I have similar temps in my grow, plants seems to love it. Recently I started turning on the AC, and the heat got them growing super fast. I wouldn't bother myself with the temps, especially if you're satisfied with the growth rate and overall health of them plants. =)
