Sexing for outdoors.

Had some regular Pinewarp freebies from last years grow and decided to sex them before I put them out for the simple fact of saving money on soil/nutes etc.
It's my first time trying this , out of the 11 , 7 have shown female so I stuck them back under 24/0 floro lights.
How long does it take to re-veg? My goal is to have them in the ground by May 15th.

I've been wanting to grow out pinewarp too for a long time now, but haven't had the chance yet. Suppose to be a great guerilla strain. I'm getting a late start this year as well and i'll be pre-sexing all of my regular seeds this year as well, also might take a few cuttings to and see which works best for determination. As for your question, in my own personal experience it takes mine anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks to re-veg. Take note that this also depends on how far into flower you got them. Did you pre-sex them on 12/12 and for how long? Or did you do an 18/6 to presex? If you did 18/6 I personally wouldn't worry about a reveg myself.

What I like to do is right after determining the sex of the plant, i'll increase nitrogen and decrease the P-K to focus the plant more on vegetative growth, seems to help it a bit faster in my opinion. I have revegged before and placed under 24/0 light and then once it got used to that 24 hour cycle once put outside they went straight back to flower. So if you have the time, slowly drop your hours from 24 to like 16/8 or something relating to the day light hours. Or you could try to put them into 18/6 to reveg them, that might work as well but could take a little extra time to completely revert. I just try to do whatever to the plant to get its mind off of flowering, whether its add more N (be easy and dont burn the girls), topping, lst, etc. Anything to make her want to push to keep vegetating.

Let us know how it works out for you and what you decide on and also did you start them on 12/12 or how have you went about it from seed to the point they are out now. That will help me help you a little better. Also what latitude are you in?

Good luck'!

Last year , due to a heavy rain system that came through here in September a lot of my pinewarps got root rot , they were in a wetland/marshy area to begin with and it was too much for the girls. But what we did get was pretty soild smoke.A buddy grew 8 in his back yard and they turned out stellar I think he pulled 3.5 pounds off of them.

So yeah , I started them under 24/0 until they were at their 3 node , lst'd them and stuck them in my flower room for a few weeks and they showed hairs. Then I just stuck them back under 24/0.There still in solo cups right now and I topped a few aswell.
I'm at 43N BTW.

Just give it a week or so in 24 hour veg then slowly decrease the light schedule down about an hour every few days or couple, to adjust to your outdoor daylight/night hours. They should, hopefully come out of it well and if you just waited long enough for only hairs to just appear and immediately switched then you should be okay with revegging. Like I said, its a hit and miss and very well strain dependent also. But, I know nothing about hands on experience with pinewarp.

BTW how long did it take them to show sex under 12/12 once switched? Just curious.

Why did you leave them on 12 hour? You can sex a plant by leaving it in total darkness for 3 day then putting it on a normal light schedule. No reveg need that way people have been doing it like this for years but no one seems to be doing it anymore.

True that you can do this, but make sure that the plant has reach sexual maturity.

To me this is the most inefficient way to sex a plant, with the time spent growing it, then flowering, and then revegging why not just let it grow? You can get a good clone in 4-6 weeks. Once you determine sex and get rid of the males, you can use that space for clones so you don't waste any dirt and nutes.

if u just find out how many hours of daylight there will be on the day you are planning to put them out, once the plants are sexed just put lights on for the same lentgh of time and the plants will just keep vegging. you should do it as soon as you see the the first white hairs. if you let it flower for a while it will take longer to start vegging again and it will also stretch which will lower yield.
