I have some small plants under 24 hr t5 flros and i left for 2 days and came back and one of my plants had smal soft green seed pods they hadnt developed into seeds yet. But i was wondering 2 things, why did this happen so early and under 24hr lighting? and do u think it pollinated the other little guys? and help would be great thanks. :joint:

Sounds like you have a male that is showing you his balls; do you have a pic? Some strains will autoflower, but there are also strains that will show their preflowers during the vegetative stage that will enable you to determine their sex.

Sry i dont have a camera. Do u think if it did preflower it pollinated the other guys that are veggin? or do both have to be flowering to pollinate? :rasta:

Unless this strain does the autoflowering thing, he will not drop his pollen until being put into flowering. So, you shouldn't get any seeds. Unless you are planning to make seeds later, you can go ahead and cull him if you are sure that it is a male.

One more thing, I am assuming that this is your first grow. Male and female preflowers can often look similar to a new grower. The female preflowers will have two tiny protuberances from their pods that look like little white hairs. Double check preflowers against a reference picture before deciding to cull this plant.
