Setting up my next grow room How can i Optimize my space im in

okay so I am about to start work in the next couple of weeks on my flower room, it will be a 6(width)x9(length)x8(height) space. I will be using a mix of led and hps( I hear hps is better spectrum for flower then MH is this true or which ones will give me the best flower) the total watts will be 1200watts led with 2600 watts HPS or even think mixture of hps and mh. the whole space will be insulated and have air conditioner for when temps require(wonder what this air chilling system is tho where can I find out more information) I will also have 400 cfms of filtered air coming in and 1000-1500 cfms sucked out another side of room so heat does not get sucked back in.(I am thinking of even doing the hps lights with closed system reflectors with there own ducting and personal fan around 200 cfms pushing in cool air on light only alogn with ducting and pushing heat from lights directly out of grow is this a good idea?)
along with all this I plan on having a co2 range of .11 ppms added on to the .4 that usualy comes from outdoor air.

another thing I'm wondering is what should I do with my space to maximize my yield should I run a SOG with as many smaller plants (say for example I use a strain that is suppose to be around 8 weeks it will be done in faster pace and I can grow more , as to if I do scrog it takes little longer since plants are larger ad require 2 weeks or so more veg)

questions I have on sog what size pot (I'm thinking 3 gallon but is that 2 big even) is best suited for plants that are a 12 inchs long (this is where u wanan throw them into flower in SOG set up yes?)

personally what I would do is run hps alt with l.e.d. down one side of the area. then I would build a 45 inch wide 2x6x9 box if that's the inside dimensions. I would line that with black plastic so that water doesn't leak out and be careful not to tear the plastic so double it up. then I would use #2 black nursery pots which are 1.75 gallons. and do perpetual with 25 plants per run. I grow blue dream up to 3 ft with a avg yield of 1+ oz a plant. if you want bushier plants that veg for more than a week then I suggest using less pots but more dirt equals weight and slinging heavy pots vs light pots can take its toll on a person fast. I use pure blend pro with minimal additives and my buds come out thick and frosty... there are also little steps in between that I take to ensure a better yield... hope this helps.. PEACE...

I also forgot to mention going to have three or 4 oscillating fans hiting them with low setting but yes little things like flushing every other week and adding nutes every other weeks

and ya I plan to do perpetual grow
