Setting up grow ROOM (no grow box) need advice

Hi guys, this is my first grow room ever. So I have this 4x5 ft (1.2 x 1.6 mt) wide, 6 ft (1.90 mt) tall, plain white painted room that I'm already converting into a grow room. I already have 5 AFs under 2x ~20W 6500K cfl bulbs (like 3000 lumens) and getting new lights within a couple of weeks. Also, I'm getting 5 Indica seeds in a few days. What I want to do, is splitting the room in halves with a drywall, one for vegging (and possibly mother and clones) and one for flowering. As you will see in the pictures, The room has no windows or other air inlets. Just the entrance door. Before putting them into flowering, I want to separate the room again, having a pre-entrance, and the two separated grow rooms (vegging and flowering) with individual doors. 1) What would be the best option for separating the rooms from this pre-entrance between the main door and the two rooms? Since I'm not finding any grow-box-like fabric with zipper I was planning on building another drywall with individual rubber sealed steel doors (keep in mind I cannot have any air leakage). 2) How would walls and/or paint react to an 80% humidity?

About the air flow, I thought to have a duct fan sucking from veg room into flowering room at a reasonable pace (how will this affect the different humidities in the rooms?), a huge extractor (like 10k cubic feet per hour) attached to a carbon scrubber from the flowering room to the outside.
As I'll be walking into this pre-entrance, close the door behind my back, and open individual groowrooms doors to operate, I want to have a smaller extractor w/carbon scrubber to suck out the air before exiting the room, as this would let all the smell out when I get out the main door.

You could split the room by stapling pandafilm to the ceiling and applying a velcro strip on the bottom on the film and the floor so you can lift it up when both lights are on and also close it off nicely when both lights are off. Also, you idea for the airflow sounds fine. Just make sure to throw an oscillating fan in each room. If you are doing bare bulb which I recommend then I would stack bulbs and do a vertical garden on the flowering side. You would prolly need to get more seeds/clones to keep your garden perpetual.

oh and throw a honeywell 7" fan under those two bulbs and make the osciallating fan close to the top bulb in the stack.

The first thing you need to think about is you light source and ventilation. Light source will dictate the amount of ventilation, and that will help dictate the type of setup you should run.

I would treat a space like this just like a large cabinet setup, or depending on orientation of the door in the room, possibly just build a 1 foot deep cabinet from floor to ceiling on one wall for your veg/clone/seed/mums. Use the left over 4x4 as your flowering area.

There are lots of possibilities, any pictures of the space?

80% humidity? I'm more worried about Botritus [Bud Rot] and Powdery Mildew than anything. This is a set up for crop failure. Plus, carbon filters don't work well with humidity that high. -granger
