Some details starting to emerge
It will be an auto & welding shop in an industrial area
There will be a 14' cube E350 truck for flowering, and a long (pick-up) trailer for vegging.
In event of inspection, I will disconnect both from electricity and park somewhere else until the inspection is over.
The front will be a shop that rents space and tools for $25/hr
I am planning on studying for Junior Java Developer Cert among other things.

Nevermind, won't work.

Two adjacent shops would be great, but $$$
