Setting Up a Grow Tronix !! Need Help

Ok So I Have the time, space, money, and experience to set up a 4 k grow room... I am buying everything new, from scratch, and these are the Basics of the system.

Everything Will Be Connected to the Grow Tronix software program...



I want to do Ebb n Flow ( Multi Flow) 24 bucket System.

6 Buckets per 1000 k HPS Light in a Rectangle Shaped Air Cooled reflector

-For anyone not familiar with type of Hydro setup its really easy, the controller is connected to a res from which the water fills the controller bucket on a timer, and all the buckets connected to the controller fill up by gravity, and when the controller gets drained back to res, everything flows back to the controller from all other buckets and back in the resevoir, Do a search if you want to find out exactly how the technics work, its a great easy setup.


The Next Big Technology is the Grow Tronix Computer program...

Def do a search on this if not familiar...

With this prgram you can pretty much control, track, and follow everything going on in your grow. You can set up any action for any sensor trigger.

What I will be Using it for are these actions

Timer for the lights
Room Temp
Res. Water Temp
Flood and drain cycles For Buckets

Fans will be 24 Hours Becuase the hoods will be open because the Room Temps are cold, so there will be a good balance with normal room venting.

For Odor I already have a vaportek optimum 4000, and will add a Carbon filter


The lights are going to be running on 240 Volts and Im going to either get another plug installed in the room. Because the breaker is already overloading with just 1 k and some house appliances going and turns off. So either install a 240 volt circuit, or find some kind off adapter unit that plugs in to a 120 v and converts it... i know the grow tronix has for plugs going out in 120..

also whats the dif with 110 and 120 and 220,240 ?

After the First Grow I will Upgrade and add these features
(Sensor alerts can email or text to your cellphone) for example smoke detector, motion sensor, door/window sensor, flood sensor, empty Res sensor)...

So it can bring a number of situations to your instant attention!

So I will be adding these on the next run but keep it basic for now.

Co2 Sensor

I have some Female Seeds White widow Going right now, along with SWT#3 just vegging along, so I will have very nice genetics for this grow.

Everythings Just in planning right now so I could use some help. I want to make sure everything I purchase Will work together fine... ok thanks

Also what i realised is the grow tronix has 4 plug ins right 2 per relay ?

so if I had one for the pump going from res to controller bucket, then one for pump going to res from controller, one for the lights, and one for Co2, thats it... i would have nothing for fans or anything else right

On a side note I use FlexPLC a programmable logic controller... it was designed for aquariums ... not a thing on a grow you need to do that an aquarium system wont do and it isnt marketed to marijuana growers so you dont have to be so secretive about ordering/asking questions.... just tell them what you want it to do(EC/PH/lvl/alram/pager... yopu name it they can do it
