Sensi Star fem......Ogre?

Hey all

I'm running a couple of Sensi Star fems from Paradise.

Two phenos, both broad leaf, one short and looks the bomb, the other is a beast of a plant.

First time growing SS and I'm struggling to find any pictures of the Ogre to compare. I appreciate its probably not an ogre pheno of course and it's just wishful thinking but any sensi star pics in veg or flower would be great to see.

Here they are, the two far left in the pic..(there's more space in there now a couple of males from a new cross have been culled).

The big one is 40cm tall currently. I read you shouldn't top SS so this might get interesting.

Any advice on harvest times or phenos would be very much appreciated.

Sensi star(Paradise seeds) grown 10 to 15 years ago. Flowering time 60 - 65 days. Pheno 1

I keeped pheno 1 as a mother plant. I also made double cross seeds. Here is a clone plant of pheno 1

Leaves do look similar

Afgooey and Ogre at 43 days

Ogre should be done in 2 weeks. The Afgooey will take a week longer. Had a few problems with the Afgooey early on but got them worked out. Afgooey Ogre

@goingrey , those leaves do look similar, I've had to top mine due to height challenges, didn't want to but needs must....

The pics are of our old mother vegged outdoors for the summer and then moved indoors to flower under 600w hps's, serious trees they were really miss that mother, heavy yielder and very good pheno in every possible way. From Paradise Seeds stock early 2000 or so.

Very, very nice. We're these from original reg seeds? Paradise seem to only do fems now but digging through a reg line would be very interesting.

Yes, they were regular seeds. Don't have any of those left but some crosses might still exist, just recently found out that I have a large stash of crosses we made back in the day and there might be some SSxC99 etc. I'm about to go check the seedstash in a week or two, there's a lot of gems there like C99 x Sweet Tooth#3 and so on, lots of cool stuff anyway.

Nice. I think AKBreanBrains still has a SS reg line, I was tempted by those. Great you've found some crosses though, always nice to dig through old stuff (Sweettooth is lovely!).

My two SS are a week into flower, definitely more broad leaf compared to some of the thinner leaf examples above;

I think I still have like 5 reg. seeds in the fridge bought in 2007.

The sensi star of 10 years ago is not the same as what's presented today. Today's feno are watered down. IMO

You will know if you have the oger pheno, it smells from clone to flower. It buds are greasy and the veg unmistakably stands out..
My ogre came from a regular pack 12 years ago.
