Sensi Seeds' Mexican Sativa- Anybody grown it?

Like the thread title says, I'm looking for first-hand experiences with Sensi Seeds' Mexican Sativa. The description on Seed Boo looks right up my alley, and it's definitely priced nice- $28 US (about 26 EU) for ten beans.

My main concern is, will this strain take forever to finish or is it reasonable. Also, from what I did find in the ICMAG Strain Guide, this strain is described as low yield (One reviewer rated it 3 out of 10 for yield.) So is it even worth it? Just need some head stash, but still want decent return for my time/trouble.

Anybody? Good or bad, I'd like to know other peoples' experience with Mexican Sativa. Thanks!

I thought it sounded interesting until I realized it was Mexican Sativa x Durban poison. The Durban turned me off.

I have seen some pics of it, they looked decent, but I know Durban can be over powering in its crosses.

Thank you, Cannabisso! All those reviews were positive! Anybody ever have a bummer with Sensi Seeds or their product, Mexican Sativa?

From their own description it should be called mexican haze instead of mexican sativa. To me the only way it should be called mexican sativa is if it was a cross of different mexican sativas. If it was only one mexican strain then they should have just called it the strain that it was.
But since they mixed in african and paki genetics its a 3-way hybrid, like a haze, and has no business being named in a way that would (mis)lead people into believing that it was a pure mexican sativa. Just the fact that it has Paki genes in it means it has no business being labeled a sativa, even if most of its make-up is sativa. They should change the name to either mexican haze or at least mexican hybrid.

I grew the one Seedsman was selling. Exact same description. Mex Sativa x Paki hashplant/Durban. Pretty sure it's the same stuff.

Big long fox tail looking buds. Much like the picture. Description said 8-9 weeks as I recall, more like 9-11 to be done right. Nice cerebral buzz. Good yield, Piney as I recall. I wasn't blown away, but it wasn't bad, especially for the price. Crossed with C99 it was fire, but a little speedy for my liking.

Obviously not a good representation of a Mex sativa, but it's a good yielding, good tasting cerebral strain with a reasonable finish time.
