Selecting nanda devi phenoes in veg, or early flower at best

Nanda devi would probably "finish" earliest around christmas up here in the cold north.
Do they have any tell tales, stemrub or whatnot, to pick.. say 3 females out of 10, after force flowering cuts from 20 plants indoors, and then further select from the 3 inside?

Im just a sucker for the strain description, but I dont have the space for 20 plants, or 10 even.

4 months outside, barely starting flower in the end before picking.. possible?
