Now that's more like it - I see so many threads asking which strain will wipe folks out the most, it's nice to see one going the opposite way! 
I would have thought Equatorial Africans or Highland Mexicans would be good for that - the ones I've grown so far though (Malawi Gold and Oaxacan Gold) are definitely up, but more dreamy/trippy in large doses, but not exactly paranoia-inducing! Don't really get that from weed, generally. You could always chuck a small rock in it too...

I was thinking of hitting a C99 female with some Blockhead pollen as I figured the resulting plants would be a nice mix of Indica and Sativa with a good yield and a lot of potency, until I smoked some of the blockhead. I didn't think that a plant that was Indica dominant could get me that paranoid. I know, it wears off fairly quickly but some phenos scared the shit outta me for a good 10-15mins before hitting the deeper Indica stone that wiped me out. My experience with C99 is that it can be either a delight or a nightmare depending on phenotype, flower time and the mood I'm in when I smoke her. I've had Jack Herer (a Jack X actually) scare the living shit outta me on a few occasions as well which makes sense considering the C99 link. If you want to get paranoid grab some C99 or some Jack and take them a week or 2 before you normally would is what I'd do, I tend to flower strong sativa a little longer than normal as I love the high but I suffer from anxiety and sometimes it gets a bit too much for me. So what is it you actually want specifically? paranoia or a nice strong sativa that will get the creativity flowing and enhance the senses?

I hear it that a nice african strain would serve you well. Durban did that to me. Didn't find that feeling sniffing up the Original/thai hazes

I would grow out some of those Sam's O'Haze x Skunk #1 freebies and pick out a racy, insanely paranoiac psychedelic mindfuck pheno.

I like a good paranoia in my sativas too
I really believe trippines/racyness in weed is associated with paranoia in most sativas.
Its just that the illegal status of the plant is not really helping when it comes to using plants that have such qualities and can have bad effects on the mind and soul for this reason.
Paranoia can be good or bad depending on the situation and how one can control the experience.
I always like a potent giggly/trippy/racy/up strain , reminding me how psychedelic weed can be..
C99 has some paranoia to the high also some other haze hybrids can have such qualities , NevillesHaze phenos can be very racy/trippy and can have the paranoia element to the high.

Some casey jones phenos do it for me. A few are racey,I believe the wreck leaning phenos.

It's funny u say that. When i was visiting someone in college, i made some serious brownies with some grade a and a crushed up valium or 2 .
my buddy was retardedly stoned. he was laying on the living room floor staring at the grains in the wood of the floor board.
the cd player was on random or whatever, switched songs an started to play Black Sabbath War pigs. The air raid sirens started at the beginning of the song real low an then get louder. an with the surround sound he got up yelling " why'd you call the cops on me " an then ran to the bathroom an proceded to puke.

well c99 seems to be well quoted, the vietnamese black is too.. i had a VB x C99 which would get anybody really freaked out if smoked a little too much (and that was not much).
up to 6 hours of quite intense high, got you really unable to think, def some of the strongest sativa i ve smoked.
so if you can find any VB C99 cross around and don t mind 15 weeks flowering, than i ld say go for it !
