Seeedlings in perlite or vermiculite questions

Hey guys,

This will be my first attempt at doing seedlings in perlite or a perlite vermiculite mix. Any suggestions? I currently clone in straight vermiculite in 3 oz plastic cups.

1. Should I use 16oz cups or would 3oz cups be better to start?

2. Perlite only or mix the two?

3. When should I start and how much should feed? Using gh 3part or lucas.
