i live in california & i never had a problem with recieving my order neither has my freind in oregon. there is a small chance customs can take them but i dont know what will happen in florida if they find them.

def. gypsy's seeds direct. i have ordered from them 4-5 times to 3 diffrent states and they always come quickly, stealthy, and w/ a freebie. their prices seem to be the best as well.
