Seeds - USDA - USPS

Last Month I Received a MAIL INTERCEPTION NOTICE from the USDA - Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service that my seeds had been quarantined or were in violation of 7 CFR 319.37 No seeds-broken package
THE SEEDS
I had purchased $100 in seeds from a reputable and often used Company. They did not arrive on time. 2 weeks later a postal carrier asked me to sign for a letter. The letter contained a broken package and the notice from the USDA described above. The company did not answer any of my emails. A month later the Sensible Seed Company (6 weeks after purchase) finally answered my emails and referred me to the USPS in my local area. I told them I wouldnt. They couldnt understand that. THE SENSIBLE SEED COMPANY OFFERED NO SUPPORT IN ANY WAY FOR THIS LOST PACKAGE
I sent for seeds from xxxxx
No Problem
I sent an order to another seed company.
I waited the 15 day delivery period.
No seeds.
Thats 2
Do you think the local post office (who were contacted by The Agency) or the USDA at JFK contacted any local LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSHOLES OR ATTORNEYS (or both)
Should I packup and moveout?
What should I do?

wat do u have setup at the moment. are u already growing? .. if so o. how bigs ur electric bill. .and how bigs ur setup.. most of us don't order seeds to our grow HOUSE or ADDRESS lol.. so this problem doesn't affect a lot of us. if it gets snagged its gone..

never heard of usda confiscating seeds . . . but could be . . . . usually Customs. They got mine for the first time after many years this past Dec.

Attitude, which widely known has bad stealth . . . they resent in small bubble wrap that finally got thru - I think they're X-raying now - $225 order; they were the only ones who had these particular seeds . . . . .

It does make one paranoid, and they could & have contacted locals, though extremely rare, but I doubt they went to this much trouble. They have literally hundreds of thousands of packages to sort thru.

you need to get new seed company, many are in it, but few are for You! seed boutique is good, single seed is very good, a lot are the shits! I think you found this out

this is just a joke.. there is many of us allowed, or shall I say tolerated to grow cannabis for "medical" reasons..

if they want to stop us, by saying it needs a phyto-sanitary certificate, if we get it, then what will they say?

I am just not sure why seeds are being stopped in medical states, when people are allowed to have seed to grow plants.

I've maybe placed 40+ orders over many years, and just now am I getting some blocks.. never from boutique though.. which I am well assure they know, but obviously they are jacking the other seedbanks orders, as they know there label / packing / writing.. and there on to them



they don't understand, you can't stop this machine... it might frustrate us, to lose out on money / planning... but in the end they can never kill this plant, and trying to is a waste of time / energy / resource.


I know how many seeds are ordered everyday, there not catching them all....

About x-ray. Didn't the tude use to send seeds in those tin altoid containers? And wouldn't the metal tin container distrupt the x-rays?

Shit bro your seeds got seized in NYC ISC. Usually it's Chicago or LA where they get caught. I'm almost sure Chicago puts your address in a BOLO list once seeds are found and all subsequent orders to that address get pulled and examined. I recommend a different address. I have two incoming orders (NYC) right now...you got me sweating a little.
