Seeds lost in mail or nabbed???

I didn't really know which forum to post this but anyways...
I ordered about 400.00+ worth of seeds on around the end of August and my tracking shows the package arrived in my town( at the downtown sorting facility) and the Bammo...nothing. it's like all Bermuda Triangle now. No controlled delivery, no customs letter..nothing! I'm thinking it's either just lost or maybe law enforcement got it and thought that since the package was way late that I wouldn't sign and a controlled delivery would be a waste of time.

I dunno, but it's got me way bummed, DJ BB, DJ F-13 & Vanilluna, This was my first time ordering seeds through a company. I'm currently bidding on IC Mag fundraiser and prolly should have done that from the start. Hey IC mag fundraiser, help a brotha out and feel free to send extras with my order or if ya need a test grow, I'm your man!

Anyone else have an experience like this with US postal service??

shitty man, sorry to hear it. Everyone loses at least one package in the mail, Ive lost 2 myself but I still order seeds..........Id try again if I were you.

Shit happens man............no need to freak out about it, and start a thread...Cause no ones gonna send you free seeds man, everyone has been where you are.

Dont give up hope completely yet.
Where do ya think the customs facility
might have been in the travel chain?
It would be some kind of "port of entry" or
entry hub where customs work is done.
The chicago hub is supposedly a tougher one
to get through. If ya make it past that entry
but then get hung up at your local sort facility,
then it could be another reason besides customs/leo.

It could have been snagged by a letter carrier or
it could have been sent back to sender. You'd be suprised
at how readily the USPS will do that for all kinds of reasons, good and dumb.

What kind of shipping did ya do? Some kind of express mail with tracking? I wonder if it helps to go that route or does it get extra attention instead. I would guess that express mail with tracking would discourage the mail carrier thieves.

Which seed company? I think this could have a bearing on the "stealth" issue. Sorry to hear about yr woes. Sucks!
