Better off sticking to the old lines like your Beast mate

Technically you can grow it just as well or better down there but it's rather difficult to sneak a trailer full of dankness over the bridge. Once imports are allowed Mexico will be back in the game.

I am betting a certain Mexi chuck of the old TOL x WCT will check a few boxes.
