- 2 seedlings in 2 waterfarms with rez/controller
- Northernlights#2
- 400w HPS 18/6, 18" above plants
- water source was tap water - RO water now
- Drip timer set to half hour on 1.5 hours off
- Temp. Day 22-26 degrees, Night 19-20 degrees
- Humidity 50 ish
- planning to use the lucas formula

seedlings have been in waterfarms for 12 days now, i was using tap water for the first 10 days. My tap water caused daily ph issues for me the whole time. 6 days ago i fed them a tiny bit of nutes, liquid karma and GH b-m, and just topped off with distilled tap water all week. Yesterday i got my RO system! i drained em and put just RO water in yesterday, and flushed the medium and cleaned the buckets today, PH is way more stable now and i'm trying to keep it around 5.8 ish. roots are 2" out of the growing chamber going into the rez.

my plants started drooping today with some leaf curling... anybody got any ideas?

It's probably just a little stress from the change in diet if nothing else has changed. You might wanna play with the timing of the drip setup...I know a couple farm users that run theirs 24/7, so they might be getting a little underwatered.

What's the PPM/EC and exactly what nutes are you using?

no nutes in there right now, just water, ppm 10... i've got GH flora 3 part, but i was just planning on using the lucas formula with the bloom and micro.

i was gonna go ahead and throw some nutes into the mix in the morning, but then this drooping happened a couple hours after flushing earlier today.

i think what was causing my problem was the splashing from the drip ring onto the leaves.

got the drips running pretty much the whole time with the lights on now, and minimized the splashing on the leaves... and things started looking better today.

thanks for the replys guys i appreciate it.
