seedling showing pre-flowers at 4 weeks???

Recently I found a couple seeds in some big buddah cheese buds I bought.So I figured I plant them.So i started them off in some store bought planting soil and they've been under 18 hours light cycle for like 4 weeks now under cfl's and I just noticed female pre-flowers on one of them.Seems way too early...Any thoughts as to why???? Should I just keep them under 24 hour light cycle???

Most strains show pre flowers from 3 weeks onwards ,ime the majority show around 4 weeks so its far from unusual and nothing to worry about and there is no need to put them on 24 hours light as just because they are showing pre flowers does not mean they are flowering, it just means they are sexually mature.

it just seems quite fast though....from seed anyway.Sounds good thanks for the input.
