seedling problem

Hey guys, this is my Psycho Crack day 5 from seedling.

Its showing some spot on the leaves and deformation. Can someone identify what may be causing it?

Ec 0.6 ph 5.8 27C 70%Rh on coco coir with calmag and led.

All the oder 3 plants that i have are going just fine, although ec problems i had in the past with two of then.

It is normal for small plants to show issues. They will outgrow them.
