Just curious how yall dry out your seeded plants?
I dont wanna loose hella seeds to the floor or mix um up, i know they be fallin out while they drying so just curious yall methods. I was thinking hangin um upside down like regular and puttin a paper bag under each one. At first i was gonna use a dryingrack but it look like the holes too big n they would fall through. Jus curious yall methods for those doing fully seeded crops with multiple varieties.

I wouldn't bother hanging some fully seeded plants. Just lay them out on paper. It's not worth smoking anyway.

If it's partially seeded, then use boxes. Typical boxes like 15 wine bottles might come in. Put about 7 lines through, like you were sewing. Though forget a needle. Just put holes in with your scissors and thread your string back n forth. Chop the plant down in 250mm sections so they can dangle from the lines. Boxes cure very well anyway, and can be stacked and moved about. What drops, is in the box.
Always fill the box. Half full boxes are no better than drying in the open. Which is substandard

Comfortably numb!
Myself I use drying baskets for drying my buds. I haven't seeded a plant yet but, that is what I intend to do (my holes are small) :tiphat:

I had a hermie with lots of seeds. I put it into a paper grocery bag. Came out ok. Usually I hang my plants whole but wanted all the seeds of the hermie and no mess either.

I just used kitchen paper towel in many layers and a fan for small batches or just dried it in the weed, for big batches when I bubbled the weed in a washing machine I just dried all the material in a room with fans and dehueys laid on many layers of clean newspaper and one or two germed here and there but most were AOK and still germ years later..

Seed Whore
I normally do a very fast manicure and lay the seeded buds on a flat surface to dry until the seeds fall out easily.
Then I dig in and get all the seeds out and let all the clean seeds dry for a week before I store them away in my
refrigerator in airtight containers inside an even larger container which has some desiccant to reduce the humidity.
Just make sure not to stack the buds thick if you use my method. Single layer is best to dry without issues.

I agreed with everything you said except that seeded buds aren’t worth smoking. Aside from being a little fluffier after a fine grind, i find de-seeded buds vape the same as non seeded buds. No difference in taste or potency. If i let the buds go super amber to get extra ripe seeds, then i use it for bedtime use. I may be imagining it, but i believe that seeds will continue to ripen as the buds cure. Just my opinion.

I've grown particular clones many many times everywhich way, and the best best tasting batches were very lightly seeded..and just oozed out more good stuff to protect the seed, without enough seed to take resources away from being able to ooze.

I made the differential between fully seeded and seeded, as the OP said fully. Which means no bud. Just seeds in seed bracts. Once pollinated there is no further use for bud production. The plant just makes seeds. After removing them you have dried up husks that taste of straw.
Not all plants make seed as abundantly. There is a difference between some seeds in your bud, and fully seeded though. Which means just bunches of seeds.

Drop clothes are 99 cents for a 3 pack. I never lose seeds until they are in oven bags though.

Right on appreciate the input! I think I’ll trim them n use paper bags as I dont have have much floor space…
i got a few drying racks but the holes look kinda big, maybe i’ll throw a few dry seeds in n see if they fall through…

Ah just hang mine up same as always. Get the odd seed on the floor but no too many, still get a good seed crop off them.

I personally just use cardboard box's with some air holes and newspaper at the bottom ............never lose a seed then,....dry perfectly well and makes for easy labelling .....each strain often has its own box .........I'm only small scale but works well
