Seed to finish times?

How do i know the germ to finish time when buying autos?

I have found a couple of listings that say xx days seed to finish,
are the finishing times on all autos listed from seed to finish, or are some listed flower to finish?

Need Seedboutique specific answer.

Looking for something with decent yield, can take mild frost, and short seed to finish time.

Basically something to run in the spring that will finish before i start my standard strain outdoors. (90 days or less).

I am new to autos, so any help is appreciated.

Auto seeds are listed from seed to harvest as their flowering times. Each strain is different like any other standard strain out there though and you can find ones that vary greatly in finish time. If you want bigger plants find one that likes to veg a tiny bit before it sexes and flips to flower. I bought some MaxiGom to run this winter. We will see how she holds up to the cold. There is a lot of strains out there now and i hope you find the best one for your needs. Good luck!

Auto times are listed seed to finish, I've never seen any listed otherwise. Make sure to tack on a week or two to the finish time as most seed banks exaggerate finish times. Add another week on top of that if growing outside.

I have only grown a couple different kinds, but some finish about as fast as they say and others take longer. One thing is for sure, you don't want to screw up and shock them or make any other preventable mistakes because once they go to flower, that's all she wrote.
