I have orders in this state, can you tell me if that problem?
Order # 71335 (CC Declined Hold) ( Awaiting Card Transaction )
If the transaction can not happen, I ask you to cancel the order.
I already sent 2 emails in the Help Desk, but no reply!

IMPORTANT: Seedboutique Christmas Holiday Schedule
Hi Everyone,

The holiday season is fast approaching and I just wanted to give you all a quick heads up about our office schedule during the holiday season.

Our Seedboutique offices will be CLOSED from December 22, 2010 until January 6, 2011...Please note that during this period, no orders will be processed, but we will be working double duty once we get back into the office to clear the backlog as quickly as possible.

We've been following the same routine for years, so rest assured all your orders will arrive to you just like always, but please be aware of the schedule and the delay that will follow.

We greatly appreciate the patience and wish you all a very happy holidays and a happy and safe new year. Thanks.

I got the same thing with my order. Im not completely sure why the CC Decline is happening as I got the same thing. I can only guess that there is a time limit for orders place by CC. If they dont submit the charge within a certain time the CC hold goes to decline. In my case I see a charge there for 105.70 but it says pre authorization.

Just wait for the guys to get back on the 6th. It will be sorted out I'm sure hey are in for some hard work when they get in with the backlog there going to have.You will most likely have to reorder.
