SECURITY WARNING pop up

this damn thing comes up every time I click on a page. Can someone give me the steps to eliminate it?

check your webpage heading........If it says HTTPS or HTTP......the S means secure could be causing your security message......

I should have been more clear. I am experiencing this problem only when I am on IC. I was thinking it's a Security Setting issue but have no idea how to change it.

It occurred to me this morning to contact my ISP help desk. It was a Pop Up setting. Adjusted it to Medium, although tech support said change to HIGH. I had to close IC and come back on, but it seems OK now.

I've been having this same issue. Seems to have started when The IC site went down for awhile, about 3 weeks ago.

I've cleared the problem once, but it's happening again.

Gotta check the popup settings again.

Why is it that IE runs clearer text and pics than firefox does, its wierd, but IE is much better in terms of clearer text & pics, why is this???????
