A friend, retired fed security consultant, just returned from The Sea-Air-Space Exposition. Prob. the largest defense industry trade show out there where Gov and private agencies see the latest techno toys. He called me from the floor, telling me that "CAMERAS" and sensor devices was over whelming, size, accuracy,precise targeting. Some really are pricey but many fairly affordable to state, and some local govs. Just wanted to throw this to the Black helicopter, crowd..They are watching you from Outer space...
With money as tight as it is in my area, The state was wanting ''pay up front" for a chopper fly over any suspected grow areas last fall....
