well it's actually been going a while, but here they are

the ones in the pic are all apollo's thunder, and there's 3 blue moon rocks and a chocolate chunk to the left outside the pic. They were started about 2 or 3 weeks ago in some rapid rooters and then put into 1gal growbags with mostly promix and a some pearlite. They've been under 4*20 (har har) watt flouros and I've ramped up the nutes over the three weeks from pure H20 to 1/4tsp epsoms salts 1tsp growbig per gallon. I'm looking for a quick harvest so i'm going to throw them into 12/12 under a 400watt sometime this next week. I've been having a slight whitefly (maybe thrips?) problem, i will neem and pray they're gone for flower. That's it for now, i'll *try* to update weekly

damn! i just managed to delete my post.... oh well,

(sorry about the poopy pictures, still learning how to take good pictures with a coolpix5000 under HPS light; any suggestions?)

so I've decided to put the BMRs and CC back into flower since they just didn't all fit under the light (you can see that the ones on the right are a bit gimpier since they were off to the side). I'll probably transplant those to a 3gal and throw them in flower when these girls are done. My mommas are itching to be cloned too....

Anyhoo, as far as these ladies go, they've already started to strut their stuff and a few little white pistils have even started to peek out of their little shells. I was lookng for a fast turnaround (partly why i cloned so many AT), so things are looking good. :woohoo:

currently i'm feeding them about twice times a week, 2-3gals at a time, although i have not been watering as much as a should; as far as nutes, the recipe currently goes:
1 tsp tigerbloom
3/4 tsp growbig
3/8 tsp epsom salts
1 gal tap water (let sit overnight)

mix all ingredients in one gallon jug. shake well. serves 6

oh yeah, the blue things in the bottom are pepsi crates. they fit 6 1gal growbags PERFECTLY and make moving things around soooo much easier. They help keep the water from pooling up under the growbags too. I found mine behind the local supermarket in big stacks. You have to make sure you get the bigger size though, and the coca-cola ones are heavier.

highly recommended for those with many tiny plants

Dr. D: thanks for the suggestion, i did just that and it seems to have done the trick

day 26

day 26

closup
the full dozen

Well they're drinking about 2 gals almost every other day now, They got a little funky when I forgot to water them a few days ago (dropped at least 5 or 6 nice big and pretty sun leaves :yoinks: ) They seem to have recovered for the most part, although they're still looking kind of yellow.

They're starting to look yummy, but I think i may just be impatient; when should I start backing off on the nutes?

until next week,

hey there penguins, Are you planning to flush ? run straight water at the end? I flushed 5 gallons of pro mix with 15 gallons of water with 3 weeks left in flower. Worked good smoothed out the smoke I beleive. Also do you adjust your ph of your water before watering? good luck :joint:

well I was planning on a flush. I didn't get to do one for my last grow as it was tragically cut short (http://www.icmag.com/ic/showthread.php?t=14702) and they tasted a bit "chemically". How should i go about it though; just take them to the tub and run a few gallons of clean water through? should i use only fresh water for watering after that until harvest?

as far as pH i don't bother... They look happy, that's my pH meter.

hey there penguins, if your not useing a screen then the tub is a good place to flush. raise the plant in the tub so the water flows out and the plant doesn't sit in the flush water. A ph water testing kit is about $7 mabye$12 with some ph up and down. i didn't adjust my ph for over 20 years, and wish i had started sooner. good luck :joint:
