Second grow Girl Scout cookies

I am still a couple weeks from finishing my first grow and it's time to start my second. These are Girl Scout cookies from Cali connection. Soaked 3 seeds overnight in distilled water and planted them in 6 inch pots. Used fox farms happy frog soil. Put pots under t-5's in my new veg tent. After a couple days one came up super strong. It came up quick and shed it's hull in a matter of hours. After a couple more days I saw no action out of the other 2 so I had a look and one of them had not cracked or done anything and the other looks like it tried but didn't push out and just died. Planted one other and I am still waiting to see if it makes it above ground. I am no expert but have had close to 100% sprout on my last grow and on the bag seed that I had been practicing on.
While looking at the soil I saw some tiny white bugs that were barley visible to the eye. I had seen a flying bug land in the pot a couple days earlier and thought it was a mosquito or fungus gnat.
From what I have been reading it may have been a root aphid flyer and not a harmless mosquito. I was unable to catch one without squishing it beyond recognition. Now I have seen a couple more of these flyers around my other plants that are in my flower tent.
I am now beginning to think that I hade aphids in my other plants and did not know they were there and they are spreading to my new baby's. I have to get some sticky traps and catch one to look at. The first sprout is a few days old and looks healthy but I am watching her closely.
I have spinosad, azamax, and sm-90 on hand but have been reading in the forums that these are not very effective against root aphids. Anyone had any luck with getting rid of these little fuckers?
I want to fix this and make this grow as fun as my first but I am prepared to shut everything down and disinfect and start over if that is the only way to eradicate the bugs.
Here is a pic of the healthy little sprout.

As a victim of CC i'm sorry to tell u , his cookies are fake . Sorry about the Bugs .
Hi usda101. I got these from a friend and am just enjoying learning for now. Someday I will be more worried about getting the exact right genetics but just growing and learning are enough for now. Not the first time I have herd that cc is not the best place to get seeds from though.

Took a quick look this morning and she still looks good. Not seeing any bugs on the surface but I'm sure they are down there. Going to try azamax soil drench next time she gets thirsty. Can't hurt right?

Im no where near an expert, just finished my first grow. BUT, whenever i had bugs i found a useful way to get rid of them from a 420 forum, maybe this one i cant remember. Mix hydrogen peroxide 3% with water. 1 parts to 10 parts water. Shake it up and spray the top layer of soil. Should kill them and any they've laid in the soil and it's not bad for the plant!. Links to follow.

Benefits of H2O2

And for bugs

p.s. I know it says "fungus gnats" and it does but it also kills other stuff i have personally found with my last harvest, IE: Spiders, mealy bugs, ext.

Thanks 420Fighter. I have been considering this as well. I used h2o2 for fungus gnats on my last grow and it seemed to work well. I have been holding off because I was planing on and organic grow this time around and h2o2 kills all the microbes and beneficials. I think I could use it and then maybe add some or do it right before repotting to fresh soil. If I try it I will wait until my girls in flower are chopped in a couple weeks so they don't just migrate back over. More and more I think the best answer is to finish her quick then disinfect and clean everything and start over. I have a couple bags of soil that I probably need to get rid of too since they probably are infected as well. There's just too many bugs around here in the summer time. Thanks for sharing the info and links!

Not looking good!

Not looking good!

Well this sucks. This was suppose to be my second ever grow. I was going to do a lot of topping and training. I was going to do an organic grow. I was going to do all kinds of cool stuff and get some great buds to smoke.
Then root aphids migrated over from my flower tent and fucked everything up. I wish I knew that I had them and wouldn't have waisted my time and seeds. Out of 4 only 1 came up. 2 did sprout but never made it to the light of day. One didn't even crack open.
So I have 1 seedling that has bugs and is strong but I have to get it out while I get rid of the infestation. I decided to move the little gal outside this morning. I live in a state with no legal canna and I don't have a very private yard. What I do have is garden with lots of plants that might be able to provide some cover. I probably shouldn't bother but I don't want to kill her if I can help it.
So now my indoor grow is becoming a slightly risky outdoor grow. It may be too late to do this but I am going to see what happens. If she makes it a couple weeks I will start to cover her and block the sunlight in the evenings and mornings to force flower. It's really late season to be starting here. We usually get frost by late October so I have to get her flowering early. Not sure how this is going to work but at least I will get some experience. I hope I don't attract any of the wrong kind of attention. Since this is no longer an indoor grow I guess I will start a new thread in the outdoor forum.
