Second grow big bud always after advice!!

I have had them under a 150 CFL for a week now and I'm wondering if they will now be ok to go under man 600w dual spectrum.

sure

jest run the 600w a bit higher (several feet) for the first few days so the plants can adjust to their new ligthing

once you see they look happy, you can start to lower the light

Not at this stage(turning on early...won't affect)....once you get light regimen where you like it....keep it there.

Thanks for the advice. I have put them under the 600 about 3ft away giving them there second feeding in about an hour basi ionic. Any tips people.
