sealed room question

Hi,
I am planning for a new space currently. I want to go fully sealed but have a few concerns.
I plan on having my bloom rooms exchange air with a control room that houses the A/C, dehumidifier, etc. There will also be a small foyer room that annexes the outside to inside, but does not exchange air except when exiting/ entering.
I will scrub the air as it exits the bloom room. I still imagines some smell will exit the bloom room when going in and out.

-Do you scrub the air in the lung room as well?

-How do you address smell when entering and exiting the building?

While there may be many right answers I like to use a Vaportek Optimum 4000 w/ classic neutral cartridge in the "lung space" surrounding my sealed rooms.

This unit with the knob set at around 2-3 eliminates any lingering odors that may escape while entering/exciting the sealed space.

The carts are expensive, but worth the piece of mind. I believe rez (or rezdog?) used to promote these vaportek units outside of a sealed room and claimed that he didn't even need a carbon scrubber recirculating in the sealed space... assuming you had a buffer (lung) of space around the entire sealed room.

They are from the janitorial industry and work great. No risk of harm.

Just following along. Fascinating, I've never heard of an oil impregnated membrane filter.

The original thread if anyone is interested.

I don't use it in the bloom room. I use it in the lung room I go through to enter the bloom room and draw cool air from. It would always have a noticeable level of skunk ass and dank funk. I exhaust filtered air into the attic. I cover the inside of the attic vents with furnace charcoal odor filters I buy at Home Depot or Lowes.
