Sealed Room Question

I have three rooms in a rectangle one is 12'x12' the second is 8'x12' and the last is 12'x12'. The question is can I use the middle room as both my mechanical/electrical room and my VEG room? I plan on putting 9, 1K lights in each of the 12'x12' rooms and growing 1 big plant under each light so that I can stay within the limits for my state.

Given those parameters will the 8'x12' room be enough to hold everything I need as far as elec panel, c02, nutes, and mothers/vegging plants?

Thankyou for the prompt response philthy. That's good to hear because I am going to be having the mothers there as well as plants vegging and because i'm growing monsters I was worried about them not having enough space during the long veg.

Anyone else have any input for me i'll be needing to be keeping two mothers vegging 18plants and having the c02 ballasts nutes etc. in an 12'x8' room...

i have an 8 x 10 flower room with a 8 x 4 veg/mother room. i can veg 20 plants and keep several mothers along with 2 balasts, 2 lights, rack, and a fan in the veg room. i will also be drying in that same spot. hope that helps.

It does thankyou very much phillthy... do you have it sealed or are you running intake/exhaust?
