Sealed room, Phantom CO2?!

So I've recently sealed up my room and installed a burner. 6 lights I'm currently vegging 24/7 and after running the burner for a few days on an Altas 3 controller I decided to save the gas for later.

Now the burner hasn't even been plugged in for 10 days and my controller is still showing my PPMs in the 900-1100 range. How can this be?

I have even activated an exhaust to be on 24/7 and my PPMs stay around 1000. I take the controller outside and it shows normal 300ppm. What the fuck is going on?

Hmm it would seem that there is either something else producing co2 or you don't have enough plants/big enough yet (so they cant use it up fast enough)?
Also, rather veg on 18/6 ,, plants like to sleep and i find plants generally happier than 24/7 vegging especially with HID lights
Fluoros with clones is all i would recommend 24/7 cycle for.
Your controller is obviously working fine so yea , are you in soil? there are a few things that produce co2 like our lungs/mycelium(fungi) ect haha

So I turned off my exhaust over night and the rooms ppm dropped by 400.

Seems like my house has a natural CO2 ppm of ~1000.... Looks like I didn't need the burner after all!

That burner is part of the reason your 36k btu Mitsubishi can't cool your room...

I haven't been running the burner, this includes when I did my temp test yesterday (all lights on for the first time since seal). It doesn't come on when plugged in anyway, because of this phantom CO2...

So you mean to say that your room is just as hot without the burner? Not only do they produce heat but humidity as well.

Something's not right for sure 'cause I have personally built four 6k watt rooms, each with 36k Mitsu's and temps are easily controlled. And that's in Florida no less...

I'm saying when I finished my build and turned all my lights on, my burner wasn't plugged in.

My climate is identical to Florida. I insulated the ceiling/windows with R30 and the walls are block. I mean I CAN run 6 lights with the 36k unit, but I won't get any temps under 80*F. Any tips are appreciated.

Are your ballasts in the room? Concrete blok and r30 seems about right. 80 is perfect for a co2 supplemented room, it's where I keep my temps.

my 32,500btu mr slim cooled my 6000w,
a 36Kbtu should be doing the job.
now, if by not cooling your meaning setting it at 80 and its running hi'r temps thats going to be normal imo.
you have to set the thermostat lower than your set temp.
when i added the 24Kbtu breeze is when i get to within 1 degree
of set temps, of course I'm running 56,500btu's

check the airfilters on the head unit.
i did some repotting for the 2nd bloom run i the room and wet the promix/FFOF to keeep the dust down, but not enuff i guess. when i fired up the ac for the next round and potted more plants i noticed it didn't seem to cool as much to where no matter the setting i was pushing hi 80s.
dust clogged my filters a bit and it was enuff to affect the system, they look
*kinda dirty* to me so i cleaned and BAM!
you need to keep those filters CLEAN!
efficiency goes strait downhill when they start getting dirty.

did you install yourself? or have a hvac,
how well is the room insulated?

when i was running 6 k air cooled, ballasts outside the room a 24 k btu easily handled the heat. Is your system charged correctly/refrigerant flowing? Have you checked the pressure?
