SD v2.5 [3..... 3th generation beans from 0 - weeks 6

hello IC...

i woz gifted these beans a while ago and found myself a decent keeper out of 8 beans...5 popt and 3 where girls..they where grown in soil under 2 X 600W on a mover....using canna nutes. plants are labeld #1,#2,#3
its in secuence ..just cant put all the dates on them

in the meantime i did have 1 hermie on me pheno 1 ...she is already nice ISO but these where taken yesterday exept the first pic...#2 on the left and #3 on the Right..


these i took yesterday....about 2 or 3 weeks more and its pleaseaure time

i think yield will be above avarage...and it is just my first time i run her...the girls def have not a SOUR smell...more like NL...more fruity and a twist of cheese...
this pheno 2 is quite a resin machine

nice report core!

i remember trying to find a strong diesel pheno thru the generations of sdv3. A lot of the progeny was sweet/floral/with undertones of a lemon/diesel fragrance. Never worked with large enough numbers. sounds pretty similar to some of your descriptions of smell.

just notice the snowstorm on that, what is it, pheno #2.
nice coverage.

Nice pics bro- I just grew out a few of the SD v2.5 and had similar results.
The plants structure def look like SD, but the smell is alot like NL- NOT SOUR
Until I read this post, I thought my seeds were mislabeled for a NL x Haze or something.

Regradless, they are covered in resin and look to have a strong sativa influence.

I just crossed a male 2.5 with a blackberry female and am grown em right now- the blackberry addded some purple color and more berry smell.

what was the taste like?

can't say much out them realy its my first sour diesel run....
and the SD v3 would be the 3th backcross i think..Maybe the fruity/floral sent is a ressecive trait ...can't say realy only had 8 beans 2 test...did't make more...do have a clone though
yea she's frosty...gonne run her for 63-70 days i think...but i'm letting me guide tru the trichforce ....i like'm real amber

they have some sativa dom leaves on her main bud..but other then that can't see sativa traits....maybe coz i did't run a full sativa yet...can't say anything on the taste... she need 2 go about 3 weeks longer.

yea i thinks so man...looks like shes gonne produce quite a stash for 2 gallons....you understand i cant comment for real...it needs 2 dead and dryed for that ...no serious...thanks for the opporunityman.....the smell does't make much diffrence for me ..it would be a bonus though...but 2 be honest i go for quality that is my main concern....
i do have some SD's v3 still :wink:

i did't provide myself with a 4th generation..... didt wanne invest the time...i did make Mind boggle pregno though..just for laughs and giggles..and 2 get the xp...selecting on traits and such...maybe a PM later on ?

hello IC

went down 2 day and found the girls in TOP condition...exept for 1 thing ...i found her with branches fallen over...




they are getting 2 heavy ...few branches broke down and i had 2 support the with a ingenius methode ....not ..naaahhh j/k just had 2 support all the branches from the top up....omg and she needs about 70 -80 days i realy am verry stoked on getting her between my papers hehehehe

Hi Core looking bomb bro. You got a large yield out of those babbies. Did you get any sour smell ;ate in flowering. It's tough but the sour pheno is worth looking for. Keep us informed on your plants.

yea she a fatty for shure ....but did't find a Sour smell ..did't have enough beans for that...but i have a clone now and she is a resinmachine...so i'm happy for shure...now if the smoke will be good i'm gonne keep her

Sour D 2.5 is one of the plants i regret letting go. I ran a few versions of Sour and the 2.5's were definatly my favorite. The taste and smell of the sour i had was very close to the clone but the plant was a joy to grow. I found the 2.5's love to be trained, i LST'd em to death and they loved it. The yield was impressive as well, i vegged and trained one for a while and got 6 zips of one plant under a 400hps and in 5 gal container. They seemed to clone fairly easy as well. looks like you got a winner there bro, jus thought i would drop some input for ya.

Train one of em and you will see quite a nice difference in yield, good luck and good grow
