SCROG - Time to flip?

Hey guys, I am running two clones from my previous grow. I had issues the last time with overgrowing, and I'm pretty sure I will 12/12 soon, but I wanted to see if you guys agree with me that it's time. Last time I didnt grow scrog, but they stretched like 50cm on the big colas

I would open them up more pull those tips back under screen and train out to outer edges. You have a lot under the screen not getting light. I would prune a lot of that leafage off to get more light to those lower shoots. Looking good though my man. PEACE!

in the first pic of veg, the plant on the left is growing evenly and the one on the right has much taller branches in the back than the ones towards the front. one of the great things about scrogging is that you can control which branches will be more vigorous. I'm bet you're having a problem getting to the back of the scrog there to pull them back under to flatten it out. if you pulled thos back under and allowed the front ones to be higher, the hormones will shift and cause the taller ones to grow faster than the ones you trained flat. essentially, if you flip flopped the way the branches height is, the front of the screen will fill up. also, the branch will go 50 cm (20in) but it's going to grow up and so that will not count when it's on the screen so like 38 cm is a way to look at it. that would give you a nice thick floor of colas. my first scrog I attempted just now did not get filled up all the way and so much of the screen was wasted. if I had vegged till 75% was full and arranged things differently, my yield would have been so much more. I waited till 50-60% was full and then flipped thinking the plant would double in size. the next time I do a scrog it will be better.

Hey man, thanks for the advice. I'm gonna try to make it fill up the front more. I could just pull the net up and move the pot a little bit to make it more centered again. I switched to 12/12 today, the net is a bit more full even in just 3 days, here's a picture:

By the way, another question regarding scrog, possibly a very noob question, but how flat should I keep the scrog to make the most bud? Should I keep pulling below the net all the way until buds start to appear or let them grow up a little bit above the net?
